- Prime Bank PLC has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Uttara Motors Limited, the sole distributor of Suzuki-branded passenger vehicles in Bangladesh, to offer automotive benefits and privileges to the bank’s customers and employees on purchases of Suzuki cars and sport utility vehicles (SUVs).
- Mamur Ahmed, senior executive vice-president and head of distribution at the bank, and ABM Humayun Kabir, director of finance at the automobile company, signed the MoU at the latter’s head office in Tejgaon, Dhaka recently, according to a press release.
- Under the agreement, Uttara Motors Limited will offer Prime Bank customers and employees various benefits, including special prices on Suzuki vehicles, exchange facilities for vehicles of any brand and buyback options for future vehicle upgrades.
